The Future of Square Battery Packaging: When Innovation Meets Sustainability

The demand for efficient and sustainable packaging solutions has surged in recent years. Particularly in the battery industry, where innovative design has become key to the optimization of space and user experience.

With Volvo's requirements for Square Battery Packaging and the benefits of packaging for EV batteries, we incorporated Space Efficiency, Enhanced Protection, Sustainability, Reusability, and Carbon Neutrality into our design.

 

Our innovative packaging solutions utilize injection square plastic trays that can effectively sustain the weight of vehicle batteries. One tray can hold up to 3 batteries. Additionally, these trays can be stacked on 1200x1000mm plastic pallets with each layer accommodating up to 12 square batteries. These pallets are designed to be strong enough for stacking, with each tray locking properly with the other.

Our outer packaging consists of plastic pallets, a plastic lid, and corrugated sleeves to protect and prevent dust.
