(2) Reduce the working pressure and speed ratio of the screw pre-plastic back pressure type, make the material slightly loose, and reduce the dissolution of the plastic due to over-temperature cutting.

(3) If the mold temperature is too high, it will be difficult to eject the mold; if the mold temperature is too low, the plastic will be refrigerated too early, and the welding seam will be poorly bonded, which is very easy to crack, especially for high melting point plastics such as polycarbonate.

(4) The cavity core must have a moderate ejection inclination. When the core is difficult to eject, increase the cavity temperature and reduce the cooling time. When the cavity is difficult to remove, reduce the cavity temperature and increase the cooling time.

(5) Try to avoid the use of metal material inserts, such as brittle plastics with a large specific volume of heat and cold, such as polyethylene, and do not add inserts for injection molding.
