What should I pay attention to when storage rack pallets are in a humid environment?

Pay attention to the ventilation period: master the climate change laws in the location area of the storage rack and pallet warehouse, and accurately grasp the ventilation timing. In the dry season, pay attention to ventilation. When the relative humidity is lower than 70%, do not stop ventilation. At this time, humidity means the relative humidity of the air in the plastic pallet warehouse. In fact, the structure and materials of the storage rack and pallet warehouse and the moisture in the wooden packaging box have not evaporated. 

If the ventilation is stopped, the humidity of the plastic pallet warehouse will soon rise. Each warehouse has to go through years of practice to find a more reasonable ventilation time and reduce the start-up time of the dehumidifier during the closed period. During the winter ventilation process, the minimum temperature of the storage rack and pallet warehouse is controlled at about 4℃ to avoid freezing and cracking the drainage system due to the low temperature of the groundwater in the drainage ditch. In the case of very low absolute humidity outside the warehouse, if long-term ventilation, the relative humidity of the storage rack and pallet warehouse will be reduced to below 30%. 

At this time, some materials are too hot and too dry, and cracks will appear in the complex structure. Therefore, ventilation can be suspended, and the ventilation can be continued after the humidity in the plastic pallet warehouse rises.
