The injection molding pallet can be used in: flat storage, three-dimensional storage, cold storage and other environments and industries.

3. Industry distribution

Plastic pallets are widely used in many industries such as food and beverage, chemical medicine, tobacco textile, electronic automobile, logistics and so on. It is light in weight, economical in materials, and cheap in price, and is loved by everyone.

Blow molding pallets are suitable for harsh environments and environments with high impact resistance requirements. Good low temperature resistance. Fourth, the process is different

Injection molding: Injection molding is injection + pressure, and the injection molding must have a gate section.

Blow molding: also known as hollow blow molding. Blow molding is injection + blowing. The blow molding must have the head left by the blowpipe.

5. Surface structure

The injection pallet is grid-shaped or flat-shaped, and has a rib structure.

The blow molding pallets are all flat plates with a strut structure inside.

6. Different appearance

Injection molding products: Injection molding is a solid core body, and the surface of injection molding parts is bright. Because there is an injection port, there will be a small unwanted part of the molded product, which will be cut off in a process. Although it is not obvious, it can be seen if you observe it carefully.

Blow-molded products: There are blow-molded holes on the surface of the blow-molded pallet, and all the centers are vacant. Only double-sided pallets can be produced, and single-sided pallets cannot be produced, and the product feeding direction is generally two-way feeding.

7. Advantages and disadvantages

The injection pallet can have built-in steel bars, which can be used on the shelf, and the injection molding precision is high. The disadvantage is that the injection molding pallet has high material requirements, and the product quality of the injection molding recycled material is much worse than that of the new material.

Blow molding pallets cannot have built-in steel bars, and are generally not used on shelves. The advantages are high bearing capacity, adjustable weight, anti-fall and anti-smashing, and long life. The disadvantage is that the blow molding precision is lower, the dimensional error is larger than that of injection molding, and the built-in steel bar cannot be used on the shelf.
