No matter what product, the key factor that determines its quality is the raw material, and plastic pallets are no exception. The key to affecting the quality of plastic pallets is the material of plastic pallets.

At present, the more common plastic pallet materials on the market are polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). Among them, PP (polypropylene) has a hard texture, good cold resistance, high chemical stability, acid and alkali resistance, organic solvent resistance, non-toxic and tasteless; PE (polyethylene) is a kind of high crystallinity, non-polar thermoplastic resin, with Good heat resistance and cold resistance, good chemical stability, high rigidity and toughness, and good mechanical strength. This is also the advantage of PP material and PE material plastic pallets, which are the common plastic pallet raw materials in the industry.

The PP or PE raw materials used for plastic pallets are also divided into genuine new materials, second brand new materials, nozzle materials, recycled materials, recycled materials, and modified materials. Customers who buy plastic pallets generally ask if they are brand new. Strictly speaking, there is no absolute new material product. Generally, it is new material plus some nozzle materials. If there are special requirements, some modified materials will be added. In fact, it is a very simple reason: if you only need cement to build a house Or sand cannot build a high-rise building. Many elements must be added to concrete, such as water, stones, sand, cement, etc., brick walls are used, steel bars are used as pillars, and the production of plastic pallets is the same. This kind of material is definitely not acceptable. In order to achieve the ideal physical and chemical properties, it is necessary to add corresponding elements to achieve it. In the industry, it is generally said that new material pallets and general material pallets are generally not referred to as new materials. Those so-called new materials are only sales methods of merchants, and cost materials are basically not made of new materials.

Genuine brand new material: A plastic or resin that has not been used in the molding process except that it has been processed in the original synthesis and preparation process.

Second brand new material: It means that compared with genuine brand plastics, they fail to meet the inspection standards when they leave the factory. When the same batch of products comes down, those that pass the inspection will be labeled with the original brand, and those that are not completely qualified will not have the label, that is, the second brand.

Nozzle material: mainly refers to the unqualified product or the remaining part of the material that is scrapped in the process of making injection molding parts.

Recycled material: It is a kind of waste plastic, which refers to the plastics made from waste products that have been used and finally eliminated or replaced, cleaned and crushed for civil and industrial purposes, and are called recycled plastics.

Recycled materials: refers to the plastic raw materials obtained after processing waste plastics by physical or chemical methods such as pretreatment, melt granulation, modification, etc., which is the reuse of plastics.

Modified material: It is a plastic material that is processed and modified by filling, blending, strengthening, and other methods on the basis of general plastics and engineering plastics, and has improved flame retardancy, strength, impact resistance, toughness, and other properties.

New material pallet: use genuine new material or sub-brand new material, add a little nozzle material or modified material, bright color and luster;

General material pallet: recycled material or recycled material, adding a certain proportion of new material and toughening material, the color is darker, and the luster is not obvious;

Return pallet: It is produced with full return material, which is basically a disposable pallet with dull color and no luster.
