Shelf loading refers to the maximum weight of goods packed in plastic returnable boxes on the shelf.Must pay attention to dynamic load, static load, shelf load and vertical load difference, bearing capacity and shelf structure, environmental temperature and storage cycle is closely related.Generally, heavy load coaming boxes can bear 0.7-1t on the cross-beam shelves, and standard turnover boxes can bear 0.4t-0.6t.

4. The bearing capacity of the shelf must be required for the durable deformation and deflection of the plastic coaming box. The deflection is up to 30mm according to the national standard, but it is wider.We advocate the use of deflection on the shelf does not exceed 20mm plastic turnover box.If it is automatic stereo warehouse, the request for flexural degree is some more severe, the general request within 10mm.
