How to use the pallet？

Plastic pallet is a new type of plastic product, that is, it cooperates with forklifts to carry goods in the warehouse or pads it under the warehouse to play the role of waterproof and moisture-proof. Suitable for all kinds of factories, warehouses, logistics distribution centers, and distribution centers. The use of pallets can basically be divided into the following three types:

1. Use with forklifts: when using manual hydraulic forklifts, mechanical forklifts, electric pallet forklifts, etc., the arm width of the forklift should be as wide as possible, the arm length of the forklift should be as long as possible, and preferably the arm length of the forklift should exceed the length of the plastic pallet. When using pallets to transport goods, manual hydraulic forklifts, mechanical forklifts, and electric forklifts should maintain a uniform and stable speed to prevent the goods from falling due to emergency braking, large vibration, or even damage to the pallet due to uneven force.

2. Use with the shelves of the three-dimensional warehouse: When used with the shelves of the three-dimensional warehouse, the pallet should be placed on the two beams of the shelf evenly and evenly, and the length of the pallet should be more than 50 mm larger than the outer diameter of the two beams of the shelf. If the shelf is a shelf with a laminate in the middle, the tray should be placed near the middle of the laminate to avoid uneven stress on the shelf and cause instability.3. For refrigerated or high-strength environments: There are generally two kinds of raw materials for plastic pallets, polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). The plastic tray used in the cold storage cannot be made of polypropylene with high density and high hardness, but it cannot be resistant to low temperature at the same time. If the plastic trays used in the cold storage need to be racked, it is best to use polyethylene trays with steel pipes. In addition, since it has been used in a low-temperature environment, a new plastic pallet made of high-density low-pressure polyethylene (HDPE) is generally used. The plastic pallet made of pure raw materials can be used for a long time in a low-temperature environment of minus 30 degrees. In addition, there are some plastic pallets made of new technologies and materials with some new excellent properties. Although these new technologies and new materials still have some shortcomings that cannot be used on a large scale, they have indeed shown good results when used in some special environments. 

For example, use extrusion blow molded high strength hollow blow-molded trays. This pallet has good drop resistance and strong impact resistance. It can be dropped from a height of tens of meters without breaking, and the bearing capacity is relatively large. Therefore, the overall cost is high, but it is very suitable for some industries with harsh environments or fertilizer industries with relatively high bearing capacity.
