How to choose the size of the medical plastic pallet?

Medical plastic pallets and food plastic pallets are favored by the pharmaceutical and food industries because of their unique anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, rust-proof, moth-proof, and mildew-proof properties. Medical plastic pallets only disinfect commonly used plastic pallets. Therefore, the size of medical plastic pallets and food plastic pallets are the same as our commonly used plastic pallets. When choosing medical plastic pallets and food plastic pallets, depending on the required items, the selected specifications will be different: consider the situation of the pallet loading tools (such as containers, trucks, etc.). 

For example, if it is for one-time use, the 2300 mm shipping container width needs to be integrated first. For 1100*1100mm pallets, 1100mm wide can be used to place two uprights, two-way forks, or four-way forks. For a pallet of 1200*1000mm, a combination of 1200 mm length and 1000 mm width is required, and a four-way fork must be used. When using on warehouse shelves, the width and depth of the shelves should be considered. 

Usually, two pallets are placed on selected shelves on each floor, leaving about 200 mm of access space. In the depth direction, the size should be as large as possible to avoid strict requirements on the carrying capacity of the plastic pallet. The size of medical plastic pallets and food plastic pallets should also be considered. At present, the commonly used sizes in China are 1200*1000 international standard plastic pallet, 1200*800 European standard plastic pallet, and 1111 Japanese standard pallets.
